The original Pilates Method of movement. Done on a Yoga/Pilates mat, we explore the Pilates Mat exercise as Joseph Pilates intended them to be. Fun, relaxing and challenging, this is a great group class for everyone. Each class includes use of the Flexcushion, Ball, Weights, Yoga Block, Theraband & Power Circle
